What is SMS Platform?
SMS (Scrap Management System) is a digital platform for managing vehicle scrappage operations in India. It covers vehicle intake, weighbridge integration, inventory management, compliance documentation, and reporting — all in one place.
Who can use the platform?
The platform is designed for Registered Vehicle Scrapping Facilities (RVSF), scrap dealers, auto recyclers, and individual vehicle owners looking to scrap their vehicles legally under the MoRTH Vehicle Scrappage Policy 2021.
How do I create an account?
Click Create Account on the login page. You'll need your company name, email, phone number, and basic details. After signup, verify your email via the OTP sent to your inbox. You can also sign up using Google.
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted with AES-256 at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We store data on servers in India (AWS Mumbai), run annual penetration tests, and maintain automated daily backups. See our

What is B2B vs B2C?
B2B Panel: For scrapping facilities and businesses — full admin features.
B2C Panel: For individual vehicle owners — simplified interface to register vehicles for scrappage.
Can I manage multiple users and roles?
Yes. Organization admins can create unlimited users, define custom roles, and assign granular permissions per module.
How does billing work?
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually in INR (exclusive of GST). You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time.
Can I export my data?
Yes. Export in CSV, Excel, or PDF from any module. Upon termination, a 30-day export window is provided.
I forgot my password. What do I do?
Click Forgot Password on the login page. You'll receive a reset link valid for 1 hour.
